CAPA evening event on Thursday November 16

There is no cost for the CAPA event except for the dinner. The dinner will include your choice of:

• Filet mignon with Cabernet Sauvignon demi-glace
• Balsamic glazed chicken
• Salmon with an Adobe barbecue sauce

also: salad, two sides, rolls/butter, and dessert.

Wine and beer will be included in the cost, along with coffee and tea

Total Price: $40 each. Please fill out a form for each person that will be attending.

When you click the Submit button you will be taken to paypal where you can pay with a credit card or paypal account. You will receive an email confirmation receipt (please check your spam folder if you do not see it right away.)

Please register for the event and make your entrée selection as soon as possible as we have a deadline of October 15 to order the food.
