Dr. John M. Newman, a professor at James Madison University and former military intelligence officer, is the author of several acclaimed books, including “JFK and Vietnam: Deception, Intrigue and the Struggle for Power” and
“Oswald and the CIA.” His findings include pioneering work on JFK’s reversal of Vietnam policies and on the secret activities of CIA executive David A. Phillips.
