William E. Kelly, Jr.

William E. Kelly, Jr.,  is a journalist and historian who began to study the assassination of President Kennedy as a history student at the University of Dayton in 1969. With John Judge, he co-founded the Committee for an Open Archives, was a founding member of COPA, and was instrumental in getting The JFK Act passed by Congress. He has authored two history books.
